Our client, a ~$10M multi-trade services provider, required experienced procurement support to lead a full review of their extensive bid collateral library, assistance with general tendering and bid writing, and improvement to the overall process for tender response development and submission.
What we did
- Developed and responded to 10 RFT’s in the initial 3 months of our engagement, responses were prepared for a diverse range of clients, including several government agencies, charities and healthcare providers.
- Reviewed 400+ pages of marketing material; input ranged from general editing of copy to redrafting and adding entirely new content.
- Liaised with various members of the client management and operations teams to identify gaps in information and weaknesses in workflows, to improve and speed up the tender writing process.
Our client continues to experience increased win rates for at-market tenders, and the bid library is refined, up dated and aligned with the client’s vision statement. As the business continues to grow and evolve, Agents4RM will continue to work in partnership with the client to ensure the collateral, processes, risk and compliance aspects develop commensurately.
