Our client, a ~$10M multi-trade services provider, required experienced procurement support to lead a full review of their extensive bid collateral library, assistance with general tendering and bid writing, and improvement to the overall process for tender response development and submission.
Our client needed experienced resources to assist in the bid development for a major Victorian transport PPP. They required input and advice relating to the strategic asset management, innovation and Helpdesk elements of the bid. We were asked to draw upon our knowledge and resources globally to identify emerging trends in similar transport infrastructure projects, and provide feedback on several sections of the bid as independent reviewers.
Our client required experienced transition management resources to lead the mobilisation of a multi-trade services account. The new contract was valued at ~$25M per annum, and we were required to lead activities including facilitating security clearances for ~80 new staff, procurement and fit out of ~60 new vehicles, as well as uniform and tooling procurement. Operating within a national, high-security footprint, our client faced particular challenges around regional and remote activities, and mobilisation budget control.
