Agents4RM Australasia opened for business in October 2016, adding offices in Melbourne and Sydney to the group’s existing operational centres in Dubai and London.
The team hit the ground running with a bulging black book of contacts and a series of clients from various sectors keen to engage them. Projects have been wide-ranging; from mobilisation of high-profile National maintenance services contracts, to strategic reviews and improvement initiatives, tender support, input to major PPP bids and ongoing contributions to several international projects.
The management team continue to raise their individual profiles and that of the company with their involvement in key industry events, panel discussions and conference sponsorship; and most recently with Director, Gail Tracey being profiled for FM Magazine, a rare and coveted accolade for anyone in the industry (look out for the Oct-Nov issue, out soon!).
Providing advisory services relating to the built environment and facility management for the region, Sydney-based Managing Director, Chris McKeon commented “Any new business venture is challenging in the first year but we arrived at just the right time - and in the right space. The market has been very receptive to our service offering and our approach, and we’re building our client base consistently and sustainably. Our consulting tools are new to the market here, and I’m confident that we have a strong point of difference to support our offering. The businesses seeking to partner with us as peer consultants and collaborators are strong brands in their own right which further proves we’re on the right track.”
Fellow Director, Gail Tracey added “It’s been an exciting twelve months and the future looks bright. I’ll confess, there have been a few sleepless nights along the way but it’s been well worth it. Without exception, our clients have either extended our initial assignment or earmarked us for future projects – we couldn’t ask for a clearer endorsement than that!”
Lionel Prodgers, Chairman of Agents4RM Australasia and Managing Director of the International company added “I’m very pleased that the first year of operations has exceeded business expectations. The team has leveraged our global business to deliver solutions for the Australasia region and I look forward to further collaboration amongst the multi-disciplinary resources within our group, both geographically and educationally."
